So a little bit about me…..
I started dancing when I was 3 years old and I ended up making it a career! I danced professionally for about 10 years, performing with ballet and contemporary companies all over the world!
Throughout my career as a dancer I struggled with low self-esteem and poor body image. I also started to develop anxiety because I didn’t know how to manage stress, and my emotions became very overwhelming. I was at physical and emotional breaking point when I decided to stop dancing professionally
I enrolled to study Dance Movement Therapy full-time, and I also attended hundreds of yoga classes and meditation courses, and read every book about personal development and ‘self-help’ that I could lay my hands on!
I can’t tell you how much Personal Development has changed my life. I now have the confidence to be me and not care as much about what other people think. I know how to manage stress and my emotions, and I feel like I am equipped to cope with whatever life throws at me!
Over 50 of my students have contributed to the content of the Self Savvi online courses. I am so grateful to them for being honest about their challenges and what areas they feel they need guidance.
